I just got this in black. It just showed up today so I haven't had time to size the bracelet or take any pics. Very impressive watch. I'm not sure yet about the thickness as this thing is certainly substantial.

How does the blue ceramic color compare to gen? I was looking at Aqua Terras and they have the purple problem.

I have the blue ceramic one and had the opportunity to see the gen Tuesday at the AD. I saw it´s super close to the gen, save for the bezel engravings. Even with this flaw, I couldn't spot any difference in color.

I have a question for you, which VSF PO do you find better in the fit and finish area, also overall satisfaction,42mm 8500 or 43.5mm 8900?

Wow, tough question. In terms of the ones I think are closer to gen and therefore the best quality-wise, I’d say the 42mm VSF POs and this VSF PO 43.5 mm:

What do you think is better about the 42s? I've been looking for a blue dial PO but haven't seen it in the 42 from VSF.

Great input, thanks for the pics, I think I’ll go for option 1 I need a VSF brother for my Silver Diver 300m.

This re acquired hobby is definitely gonna get me in trouble with the lady

42s just feel solid. I literally cannot tell them apart from their gen counterpart. But that’s just me. The blue VSF in 42mm does not exist.

They really need to work on the bezels. Watch looks fine but the bezel sucks ass. Once you touch it you can tell its a rep watch.

Hey guys. I’m new here.
Few days ago I just bought a vsf 600 from somebody on the internet.
But I don’t know why my word Seamaster is look like gray not orange
The color is really starange.
Is that normal? or is that QC’s question?
My English is not good.
Hope you can understand what I mean.
Thanks a lot.

Hi is your watch brand new or second hand? Has anybody else experienced the writing fading on the dial as this was a common problem with the noob crpo and the v6f version a while ago

Well, I was in London last week and I tried to buy the gen 21mm blue leather strap. Though it wasn't in the inventory, they told me I could back order only if I provided a serial number. That's three different countries I've tried to buy and no luck cause they always ask for the serial no. I guess that's that for going gen for the strap...

My trusted Omega watchsmith has never asked about the serial. I have bought bezels, bracelet parts etc through him. I could ask if you want. Or you could take serial from any genuine watch that is for sale in chrono24...

Oh dear looks like fading lettering could be a problem with vsf as well, how long have you had yours before it started to fade?
