I know.
I also know the numbers from "25" to "30" are too wide.
It's not an easy thing to do, the printing of these date wheels.

1.jpg

The "10" will look more to the left side, because the "0" pushes the "1" to the left (optical ilusion).

(Same watch as before.)
3.jpg

The same thing happens to the "31" - the "3" pushes the "1" to the right.

It not bothers me all that much.
It was more curiosity than concern.

Cheers

To me this has a good insert, slim lugs make it wear much better than previous generation. Crystal doesn’t seem to have AR but is very clear nevertheless. Clasp is crap, looks to move from side to side akin to Noob Daytona v3.

I've got the VSF 126610 and Noob 116519. Though design of both are different, I'd say the VSF clasp is heaps better than Noob's in term of appearance. It is a tad loose though, especially the small bit with the Rolex crown on it. Aesthetically you won't be able to pick it on the wrist, but you'd be able to tell something is off with the Noob clasp if you were to look closer.

Just tried winding the watch today at the first position- and this is where it's clear it's a rep. It isn't smooth- sort of 3 quarters of the way smooth, and the last quarter of a turn is rough. The Noob 4130 winding via the crown is super smooth, you can't pick it from a gen.

Looks good. Regarding the crystal: bottom side AR is nowhere as obvious as a good top coating.

Hey everyone. Had a question about a QC pic for a VSF LV I just purchased. Now before I get crap for being picky, I want to preface the photo with the fact that I’ve seen several VSF LVs with literally zero SEL gap. Mine appears to have more than others I’ve seen. Wanted to get y’all’s opinion. Everything else about the watch seems great. Again, only being picky because I’ve seen several others with no gap at all. I’ve already asked for other pic angles.

Thanks!

Arf vs noob v6s (with Arf insert) vs vsf. Noob is by far superior build quality, particularly clasp and bezel, and it’s donkeys old

This scares me. I used to have v6s sub date LN and quality were so so. I still have v7 LN. If the quality of VSF is worst than noob v6s or v7 it’s a disaster.

Looks vs build quality - Insert and dial look so much better

Maybe I was lucky with the v6s back then but bezel and clasp are like butter compared to these newer ones.

My Zzf v2s is closest in quality to v6s but bezel way too stiff and doesn’t line up bang on like the v6s.

I have a noob v7 (submariner no date) and a YM 42 from VSF and the VSF is much better. You can't even compare.

I would be VERY surprised if v7 or v6s had better built quality than vsf. I handles two different v6s, I owned one, and built quality weren’t that great but it was best sub during that time, good case, lugs and sel but built quality were so so - brushing, bezel action, bracelet but clasp was ok.
