 for real?! that would make it one of the best choices for small wrists like mine (5.9")...

It’s not that small. It wears larger than Maxi case Sub.
I have 7.25” wrist:

oh, that's interesting.. my wrist is quite flat, measuring about 50-52mm across where the watch head sits. could you share the width of your wrist (top part of the wrist)?

btw nice pics, it's really tempting not to order one after Chinese New Year.

My wrist across is 60mm.
Did you ever try 116610? 126610 wears a little bigger but to me it feel flatter and more comfortable on my wrist. I also think it looks way better than 116610, proportions wise.

Sorry I should clarify. My critique is from a fashion/aesthetic point of view & has no relation to how it should or does compare to gen. As mentioned this is just my opinion.

I know what you mean, it's a small watch while it looks quite massive on pictures. I had a similar moment when I was at an AD to try on a Speedy and a Navitimer 43. They both look significantly smaller than I expected, so I went with the Navi 46. You could try an SD43 if the regular Sub looks too small on your wrist.

The overall width, diameter etc of the watch seems tiny when compared to the photos above. Which makes some of the detailing in the watches face barley visible. To spend anything more on this watch than what the rep factory’s are charging would be a absolute absurdity.

Just my two cents.

Hahaha, is it your first watch ?

The SD43 looks amazing! Not to derail the thread but do you know which of the factory’s rank best at this model?

Cool, thanks. No, I haven't cause the lugs on the 116610 seems to wear a bit too big for my wrist. I was hoping the thinner lugs on the 126610 would be better! :( I agree, the proportions look better, based on the images shared so far.

The 58 has long thin lugs and wears considerably smaller than the Sub. I have both.

I see. Thanks for the information, that's good to know. I have the 58 as well, and the lug to lug was the maximum i could pull off. If the 126 has a smaller / same lug to lug, it could be my ticket to my first sub. Maybe I'll order one after CNY and share my pics then. :p

I am not an expert in movement and I would need to clarify my ideas, there is a lot of thread but it is not very clear to me with my broken English lol
All 3135 gen parts fit on VS3135 and all 3235 gen parts fit on VS3235?
I thought I saw that the dw for the VS3235 is that of the gen 3135 .. so I ask the question here.

Can someone confirm that 3135dw is compatible with 126610vsf and 116610 vsf ?

misiekped made some comments about date wheels and I believe it was in this thread. You might have to dig for it.

3135 DW is compatible with VS3135 I have read. I'd guess you probably need a 3235 DW for a 3235 as I haven't heard of any parts being interchangeable, that's an all new movement.
