I know there's huge debate on best bracelet, some say go ARF, some say VSF, some say all bracelets are good enough.

My question is more about the tolerances and jangly-ness. How's the bracelet of the VSF 126610LN in terms of jangly-ness? Does it feel robust enough.

I'd say that it has a janglyness of 7.1 in the Slivovitz scala and a flimsiness of 0.2 in the Parker scala. Won't score good in Svensson's clunkyness scala though.

I was absolutely kidding with completely made-up stuff.
The vsf sub is as near to gen as it can get. Solid, not flimsy at all

VSF bracelets are solid enough but their endlinks lack definition on both 11 and 12‘s.

I wish I had known the VSF bracelet was jangly before I got one, the bracelet on the 126610LN is very jangly and it's also light compared to Gen, it feels weird putting it on after wearing my Gen. If I hadn't had Gen I would still have said the VSF is sharp in all areas and jangly like a bunch of bangles.

I have VSF before and right after raid, and the latest 126610 with gray lens, didn't see much difference in bracelets. The only visible problem is the screw holes polish in end links. VSF is noticeably low quality.

The whole VSF watch, only hand/dial index has visible difference (gold yellow tint vs stainless steel) and of course blue tint on the lens -- but 126610 before 2023 also has blue tint.

Buy a cheap ultrasonic cleaner off of amazon, use dish soap and some warm water, let the bracelet air dry for a few hours, get a tub of Vaseline, make sure to really work it around the bracelet really good, let it sit for a few minutes. Wipe the bracelet down. Use a brush to get the excess Vaseline out of all the nooks and crannies.
This works pretty well, there is a better method, but it is a bit more involved and requires a vacuum chamber.
Some guy just use baby oil, I did not like that as much as the other two methods I have tried!

I can tell you, compared to Gen the VSF bracelet is a dead giveaway, it's light, jangly and sharp edges everywhere, the rest of the watch is very good but that bracelet is just awful in my opinion.

On my 41mm VSF's I am using ARF/Clean bracelets. Mainly out of 2 reasons (compared to VSF bracelet):

1) the middle part of the SEL more pronounced/significant; more gen like

2) the clasp is quite good on tolerances, finish and is snapping in smoothly.

In addition: older VSF clasps had this (here on RWI) so called Fish mouth issue; ARF does not.

Following your discussions...

I was very interested your statement about ARF bracelet and I have enough fund to run a test. Today I just acquired a brand new ARF 126610 bracelet from ctime. Here is the finding regarding end pieces:

1) The middle part of the end piece, both front (photo not show) and the back extending out: VSF<GEN<ARF. ARF is too much extend and too obvious fake at some situations.
2) VSF middle part has noticeable low profile than GEN but still not obvious. ARF is also not obvious especially at low light.
3) The real problem of ARF is, it won't fit GEN, neither fit VSF case. It looks like spring bar hole is not drilled at the right position (too much toward back side). Or the slot has some issue. Maybe it fit ARF cases but I have a GEN 3235 movement to play with, who cares about ARF case (which will not fit any GEN movement).
4) ARF link screw holes, polishing, and all the rest parts are much better than VSF and almost identical to GEN.

Colclustion:
1) They are all fake, with this or that kind of issues, none is perfect
2) Stay with VSF, ARF won't fit your VSF case (Or Gen )
