I thought v3 had the darker insert compared to v2?

V3 seems to be wrong, the red is too light, and the blue too darker

Can you take the photos after removing the VSF plastic protective stickers?
It's hard to tell if the lug edges on VSF are too soft, or if it is just the sicker effect

VSF is likely using the 11 series sub mid case. The edge is indeed a little bit soft.

Gen hast different, afaik, 3 versions of color. Plus auto correction from camera sensors. You wont get exact same color in a photo that does not show both gen and rep

yeah. I think there are more than 3 specific color variations even within MK1, MK2, MK3 variants. Rolex fucked around with their ceramic pepsi batches so much since they didn't think they were up to par.

none of the mark rolex have a blue like this, all have more purple inside which makes the blue more vivid.

Their 11 series sub mid case has no major issue. It's just the top edges of the mid case are a bit soft. It's the same on their bracelet clasp.
But this is far less noticeable compared to the lug problem on their datejust.

Lighting causes the pepsi bezel color to have almost infinite variations in photos. rep vs gen here. i think bezel insert color is a pretty moot point.

At this point the only two questions is bezel action stock / OOTB and bracelet feel.

I'm personally skipping this and waiting for their Bruce Wayne.

Also we haven't seen any VS on Oyster, only Jubilee.

I ordered this watch from Steve and and a Oyster bracelet. I much prefer the Oyster over Jubilee.
