Horrible after shots; no offense--it just doesn't look presentable. Hope it's correctable. Is that glue or varnish on the dial? It can still be seen through the glass after it's been reassembled, especially the biggest stain near 6 o'clock.
According to Victoria (and the ongoing thread over on RWG (http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?sho ... 68129&st=0)), TWP deleted all the RWG posts showing his mods as a "joke."

Thats not a 'before' pic D.,he asked for the photos to be critiqued before he sends the watch back and put those pics up....i can't see how he wouldn't see that dial though....the flaws stick out like a sore thumb....yikes.... :|

Curious to see if he "fixes it" Or myabe he was just showing post lume and cannon BEFORE he cleaned up the dial. Let's reserve judgement until the fianl product arrives in V's hands. Until the, the consensus is that it looks bad thus far.
As for dissapearing threads at RWG, not totally uncommon. That place is a little askew for ceretain people and if criticism is expressed that is for one of the "golden boys" you are the bad guy. F*ck that place.

i don't know what has transpired here and i haven't been able to view rwgjr since the ttk banning mess (no one seems to know why) so i haven't been able to view anything that has been posted over there about this situation. at this time all i can say is that i hope you receive your watch in a timely manor and in a presentable condition that you are happy with.

"It was a joke", is usually the quick rebuttal/defense a lot of people tend to use in hopes of either distracting from the situation or absolving themselves of the responsibility, after the fact.
But like I said--it's probably correctable; he's a decent guy & it's not the end of the world.
I think the underlying "moral" here is to simply not sell your modding capabilities , until you're sure of your tools and your skill-level.
