V7F needs to fire whoever they got to replace the original guy who did the dials. The limited edition green looks absolutely amazing and would sell like hotcakes if they could make a decent dial.

hey all,

Is everyone's screw at 12 mis-aligned? Its not centred properly with the 12 marker and the dealer said all of them are the same?

Hi, my IWC Ingenieur just arrived, but I’m currently not at home. I want to make sure I have the right tools ready for when I get back.
For resizing the bracelet, I saw a YouTube video showing the two tools that come with the gen IWC, but I’ve read here that toothpicks can be used instead to avoid scratching the bracelet, are they used in the same way as shown in the video?
Also, for removing the spring bars, would a 1.2 mm fork tip be suitable? Thanks

How come you want to remove spring bars?

I would expect toothpicks could work, as long as the wood doesn’t break. You only need to hold down the release button on inside face of link while pushing the end of the link pin out from its end.

It’s not that I need to remove them right now, I just wanted to know if that fork tip size would work in case I’ll ever need it in the future. As for the links, got it, so it’s like the gen bracelet.
I’ll try with toothpicks or something else

That looks like V7F has the same person doing some of their 12:00 markers as APSF has for some of the AP26240s.
