This watch belongs to a sub series of the famous "Royal Oak" model by Audemars Piguet, called Royal Oak Offshore, or short: AP ROO.
You are already in the right sub section to learn more about APs.
Also, what you can do is download a photo of a rep, or any watch for that matter, and contact a TD using the photo. But it would be very helpful for the TD if you yourself look up a certain rep model first, including the rep factory that produces it, so it generally really pays off to read a lot and learn a lot first.

Thank you very much for the answer.
My problem is, that no one TD wrote in description of this model, that this watch has a titan case a d bezel. That's why I thought, that may be , there is a special factory or special information about this watch, so that I can give this information to TD.

Well, your best bet is probably sending a PM to the user who posted it to get info about this specific model, because many users don't pay attention to their notifications and you may never get a reply from the owner.

Yes, AP feels and wears much larger. To be honest, it's big for my thin wrist but in case of this particular model I don't care. The ideal watch size for me is ca. 35-40 mm. I wish a mechanical APRO chrono rep would exist in 38 mm.
