Your 8 o'clock bezel screw is off.
Pretty easy fix on the ROO. Just loosen the one on the case back and the bezel screw should pop out.
Orient it in the direction you need and then re-tighten the case back screw from earlier.
This happened to me several times when taking my ROO apart.

No bro its an old JF. V2.2 if i remember correct, yes its a beautiful dial. Realy like the JF dials.
