I think only @legend will understand how much I missed having a 15400 TT. I only realised how much when this arrived.
Yep it is a 2813 version with loads of flaws but for a watch that I only wore once every three or four months when I had one before I thought this one would scratch the itch. I was not wrong. Yes my old JF dial was better but this one is passable. It is 11.8mm thick the JF advertised as 10.2mm but was in fact 11.2mm so it cost me quite a bit to get it down to 10mm. I do not think an €85 watch would justify thinning but I have done crazier things in this hobby. The CB is see through so you get to see the magnificence of an AP RG Rotor with a magically ugly undecorated 2813 behind it. I was surprised at this price that the links are held together with screws not pins so resizing took seconds and did not involve a hammer. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. The JF was better finished but not four times the price better finished. Also the 2813 is not half as noisy as the decorated Miyota in the JF.
