I like the way the strap and dial closely match in color.
Thank you. This DP dial isn't gen spec but it's still one of my favourite ones. If one likes a dynamic electric blue color then this dial is a must have imho. This blue DP APRO 15202 dial is something like the blue Buff 5711 one. Both are not (exactly) gen like but both are real fun. What a great photo, your watch is beautiful. The cuff links are a nice touch
What a great rep !
Prices for the gen has dropped. Just saying. What a great rep !
I have been lusting after this gen for as long as I remembered....... AP@6, not sure should I scratch the itch with a rep.
Indeed, I have been monitoring the AP@6 15202.Prices for the gen has dropped. Just saying.
Lovely. Can I ask what you had done?
This will not be noticeable in real life like a lot of "flaws" owners obsess over, but the fact that the tapisseries are too shallow is obvious from this angle. The color and finish are done very well though, and these are what would be visually noticeable in real life.

No sir, I wouldn't do a thing. That dial will look gorgeous in real life and that is all that matters. We are really picking on a lot of flaws in the forum which will never be noticeable in real life. I am willing to bet a good amount of money that even in an AP boutique, or at a gathering with watch afficionados, NOBODY will come up to you and say "hey guess what, the dial tapisseries look wrong and therefore your watch is a replica".I think there are just those certain little details in gens that will perhaps never be possible to be replicated for a fraction of the cost, regardless of how hard they try.
In relation to the cost of an AP vs rep I think this flaw is very acceptable. Or do you think that this can be significantly improved by ZF, while maintaining similar cost/price structure as it currently stands?
Very true. The more you wrap yourself into an obsession bubble, the less you may realize that the outside world isn't necessarily in that bubble with you.No sir, I wouldn't do a thing.
