I think we have different definitions of a “beater” and I didn’t mean to come across like that. To me it’s the watch I wear most for “regular” days and not necessary one which is cheap or ready for careless banging.
And there is the same ghost at an AP boutique in Singapore when I was there last week. Waiting for it’s new lucky owner. That can be you if you’re keen sir.

It’s high on my list next time I’m at the boutiques in Singapore or Tokyo... there’s just no chance in CONUS of such a find I’m afraid
Actually I thought the term was a reference to the durability of the ceramic bezel— I think it really makes a difference, it’s even sturdier than the RC...

I’ll try to take a group shot sometime.. Tompa I used a cermet bezel from the jarno trulli for this build. As for the end links, I went for the budget version of darkening them by spraying a coat of metallic grey paint over the steel links lol.
