You’re correct sir.
The bracelet isn’t a standard accessory with most AP ROOs except for examples like the 26237 beast, the 26470 rose gold ROO, and some specific models. You can however request for the bracelet when ordering most ROO watches with AP. They are disproportionately expensive though IMHO.
