Yes me too, I am a low profile guy myself as you can tell so I totally get you. BTW please safe keep the AP champagne party photos we took at the event together, don't want them falling into the wrong hands and being posted here as the champagne was gen, very good, and definitely picture worthy.

In saying that next time we should host an AP event. I know a great chef who makes amazing pastry, a great hair with our champagne. He’s so good that his customers leave the restaurant with their bald empty and shiny cleaned.

I think I can hire a cheaper chef from Macau bro, whoever your source is. It will definitely be a folly(cle) not to use my Macau source. Same skill but cheaper and he won’t get into your hair about employment terms. I can even get pate (pronounced payte as in bald pate) for us without having to split hairs about extra costs.

And the best part? He is cheap in terms of cost and taste. My recommended chef looks like a tall mini-me. Don’t know if we are talking about the same dude.

I hope he is now watching Kazantsakis' Alexis Zorba and boils with envy about that apotheotic, grand finale. His was just trivial and sad. Not worth a Sirtaki.
