It's a custom-made franken sincere. It has a gen sincere dial w a white themes tachy, cermet bezel and DIY-grey-coated end links.

The reference is the same but not the specs - this gorgeous piece got a nice icing on the cake with a real deal dial and the other common mods for such franken APs hehe
but the limited Sincere Tantalum that angus initiated with the forum is a stunner too.
