This is a looks a lot smaller than I thought it would on the wrist..
Just in but she is going to the health farm tomorrow to loose some weight. .9mm would be great but I will settle for .4mm.
If that’s a miyota movement it’s possible to get it down to 9.9mm.

TY A. She is at 10.9mm right now. I have a V2 TT down form a whopping 11.2mm to 10.6mm, there maybe room for another .2mm on that one.
Do you shave the rotor?
I had only done the JF v3 15400 so far P, and I shave only the caseback. The Miyota movement is thin enough to provide good clearance between rotor and caseback for the caseback to be thinned to 9.9mm. What movement is in your watch may I ask?

I also just realised the case, CB and Bezel stands at 10.5, I forgot the glass stands proud by .55mm so my V2 is actually down to 10mm, the V2j is actually only 10.5mm thick excluding the glass. .5 -.6mm should not be much of an issue.
Yes that was what I thought, that your watch is closer to 9.9mm. The thickness is as good as the gen visually.
