Watching this space with bated breath.... Hope you can get those sub-dials refinished well. Are they just decals on the gen dial?

I wish you all the best with this project, but if you turn up something good, I may yet hate you for making me spend another few $K in a new GP obsession :D

That dial is not mine, nor I plan on building a platinum GP. But a RG one, well, that's a different story :) Let's see what comes out of it. I actually hate quite a few people around here for quite a few things...

I’ve had a love&hate relationship with AP chrono ROOs, mainly because of the poor reliability of the base movements and the DD module - still I recently decided to give the ROOs line a new chance, so what better way to start off than a GP build :) But that is still only in the prep stage, so will see how it goes.

In the meantime, I’ve learned to appreciate the ROC so much more. So let’s see if the GP will take no1 spot in my personal ranking :)
