i second that. The brown rubber looks really nice. Never thought about such a combination :D

Looks like some Coffee Crema to my eyes haha

I hope JF will come up with an updated V3 dial in the future for this 2015 15710ST... Anyway - i regret selling my white diver on a white rubber...

BIONONE The DIver white with the wet dial (V2/2.5?) is not so bad. Only need few grease in the rotor to avoid the spinning, and a good waterproofing and it's a good watch for the price. Not a super rep but idk ...

I thought about this combination because the first Safari is one of my fav. The rubber comes from a Safari 2014.

I like also the white diver on Bracelet but i receive today this Latte Macchiato strap ;) , and i think the bracelet will stay in the box for a while...

The JF rubber felt like a gen rubber - very stiff but the look was unbeatable...

I know what you mean! For the price it is an absolute stunner!

Once i handled the gen i was like "the shiny silverish dial from the JF pops much more and is so much more crisp than the gen" haha

But i was not sure about if i could unsee the not so gen like tapisserie pattern... That was at the beginning of my journey. Now i would buy this watch over and over :D

Hey mate - yesterday we spoke about the white diver - today I'm checking Intime and look what we got there - a totally reworked white diver with correct dial pattern and some other refinements like A2824 decorated and new brushing on bezel and case. I really love JF's work ;)

At the first view, the a2824 is an improvement because you can put a mickey or omega date wheel on it.

But if you check at the movement, the miyota version has the balance wheel at 05:00 while the gen has the balance wheel at 07:00.

The Eta version has the balance wheel at 12:00 :/, so the movement is in the opposite way unfortunately.

I checked the dial. Tapisserie seams to be close. The only real improvement i see is the square "Automatic".

On my Miyota version, there is a bigger square and the tapisserie is practically not visible under this square. The new v9 seams to correct this thing and now you can see the tapisserie (1/3 of the 3 squares like the gen) under it.

I think the dial is the main update as it got the right tapisserie pattern and right size of each square. now there is nothing that bothers me on the face of the watch ;)

The A2824 is nice IMHO because of the reduced rotor noise. The decoration is in anyway not gen like and so are the gears. The finish of the movement is in every case a dead give away - but that is not my intention to fool anybody. It is just important what the upside looks like and it is important for myself that is is as close to gen as possible beside the price - that is quite a good deal compared to the gen haha

The mickey DW option is a plus too as you already stated.

Once i decide to buy it i will do a review.
