Here is what I found - (sorry, I should've done more research before I asked on the board)
"wasn't applied on any A or B series that I know of or that I have/had and I think it started some time after that (don't know exactly what series but I'll look it up and get back at you).
Those pieces you saw that have AR coating are indeed "franken" or they were wrongly replaced at a later date by the service centres. Hope this helps."
on Paneristi. So you're correct sir. well if I can't get it replaced, then I can live with a Pam 9 that went into a service centre at a later date damn... it's so hard to perfect this damn thing.
