UPDATED 427 S/C Win a car... not just any car!

Some of you know that aside from my day job, I am also president of the Ohio Cobra Club Inc. We dedicate a great deal of our efforts in helping out Cystic Fibrosis. This year, as years in the past, we are raffling off a car... but not just any car! The pictures pretty much speak for them selves. What you can't see is that the car, all factory assemebled and 100% complete will also be powered by a Southern Automotive, all polished FE (for those of you not in the know, that translates into a HUGE fire breathing big block motor).

The website for ticket sales will go up after the first of the year and I won't forget to let my watch buddies know!

I see we have another Cobra nut! It is made by one of the oldest and best in the industry (sure, I am biased... they made mine as well ) ... Unique: http://www.uniquemotorcars.com/

The car is being built in their facilities in Gadsden Alabama.

Oh, this year the ticket price is going to be $20 a ticket but, the number of tickets will be unlimited. Watch for the car in Autoweek and other publications.

I lkie the fact that is has the 427 option like the original.

That will be one sweet ride, and someone will have to take out a new life insurance policy along with registration and tags. :lol:

My father-in-law has a diamond edition Superformance with a stroked 351C [396] that was built by Dynamic.

Just to wet the appetite further... here is a clip at our annual London Cobra Show of a similar car (but with less motor) hitting over 110 MPH in a area a little longer then a 1/8 mile.

Sure it is not a Windsor? Would that be Barry? We have 26 Superformances in the OCC. I know Dynamic well. Been there a few times.

No way! I live in Cleveland and saw you guys at the UFO (United Ford Owners) swap meet last month. Last year I bought one ticket, this year I bought 3! It's a great cause and a good group of people.

I have my tickets up on our fridge where I can see them every day. I hope I win the Cobra this year! I may even try to make it down there to the Cobra show this year if I can.
