Gen also havs a cream lume, this is a picture i took from the AD.

It’s just a thicker layer so scratches won’t show any steel underneath.

It's more for durability purposes not to hide scratches. If the scratch is deeper than 20 microns then what?

That's an awful gold colour. Orange tint is back. Must be wrapped version.

Gen has a very slightly cream Lume but nothing like VSF pictures. VSF lume is looking more like a Patina....lol

Sadly, looking at those pictures, they all appear to have been deliberately taken dead centre possibly to not show the side of the links, I can surmise that the link sides are not plated/wrapped.

Yep I also felt the same....18K Gold is never this dark yellow.

The base metal they use to plate over is usually copper or similar coloured metal/alloy mix, it won't show silver underneath a deep scratch.
