Andrew wrote to me today that factory ran into some issue making the wrapped case and will be delayed... so we'll have to wait a little longer.. :/

Wrapped case?? Nothing on the case is wrapped. I presume he means the parts that fit to the case, bezel etc!

My td means that no wrapped version available in next time. So I order the plated version and do a thick real gold plating for 650€ on it. So it looks exactly like gen, I have a thick gold layer and the feeling of the Watch is really good.

Give it any news about comparison the 116613 LB vs. gen? I can’t find good comparisons about this watch.

I think the rof is not the best version. I would prefer to order the plated vsf and do myself a wrapping.

I hate the 2836 movement if a vsf3135 is available and i can decide me. The crownguards are wrong on the rof. I think the blue is although not on point.

A German user from RWI will do this for me with real gold in correct gold color for 650€.

I think it’s not really a difference between wrapping and plating. Wrapping is only a big plating.
With thick plating I mean a fat layer of gold on the Midlinks (sides too), bezel and crown.
Wrapped gold watches are completely without gold, I’m right?

If you let your watch plating from a expert he use at a smart part really gold. It’s look so much better than a China wrapped watch.

Plated version has no gold on Midlink sites. Wrapped version is not available at the moment (I think). I have ordered the wrapped one and switched to the plated version because of availability.
