Uh oh! Pending customs inspection!

I have an incoming parcel containing 3 reps that I have been tracking. Tracking now shows that the parcel has arrived at heathrow, London but is now "Awaiting Customs inspection"

Has anyone ever had this before, and does it mean they will be seized? I have been ordering reps from overseas for years and have never had this before. Any ideas?

No, on EMS tracking it says "pending customs inspection" and on parcelforce it says "awaiting customs clearence"

Let us know how it goes, I've never had that status, whenever I've checked (I don't often bother tbh) it's always just been "handed over to customs" and "released from customs".

I've never had a problem with uk customs and I've ordered dozens, a few have had their rep headphones seized recently though from some of the threads i've read.

Badwin - yes there are customs in the UK .... I don't follow any of them myself of course, but I am reliably informed that many of the customs originated late at night in private boys schools

It's probably nothing, but you might want to keep a packed suitcase in the trunk (boot) of your car, along with a sizeable sum of cash. Keep an eye out for dark sedans and/or telephone repair vans near your home, as well as helicopters circling the area.
Should you need help getting quickly and quietly out of the country, the code word is "Milgausse" (with an "e"). We'll be monitoring your posts closely.

No, items are destroyed as afaik!

My cousin is a customs agent. He said he takes them home and sells them on RWI....check the sales listings in a few days ; ) .... Seriously sorry for your loss

A:We have many years experience in shipping orders worldwide. We guarantee that the items will be sent to you directly. We can let our products pass the customs safely by our special way.

I have fired them off an email regarding the seizure, so will see what they say. Wonder what thier special way is lol

They will tell you "Don't worry, everything is fine" , like they ALWAYS do when asked shipping questions .......
