I can hardly believe that you are lumping YM and YM2 together.
The YM2 is the biggest possible design accident in Rolex history, but some YM models are simply more elegant alternatives to the rather clumsy Submariner.
The Two-Tone-Explorer (which "explorer" wears a 36mm two-tone?) and the Airking (always a total design failure) are in a different league.
But to come back to the original question: My number one, just ahead of the YM2, is the AP Offshore "Black Panther" - it looks like a gimmick from a McDonald's children's meal bag. A complete disaster in terms of colour and of course with a silly tourbillon. The designer of this watch should be tarred and feathered.

Oh yes, very good callouts. Although I'd argue they're not actually ugly per se, but definitely guilty of being offensively bland.

Back in topic, i love some Ulysse Nardin piaces like the Classico and the Marine Master, but then UN relase this ega Yacht in Platinum, so expensive yet so UGLY !!
