I know of a TD that is UK based (Repsource) and one that has EU and UK stock, but is still based in China (Supermirrors).
I'm unaware of an RWI-TD based in the United States.
Why are you asking? It's pretty much irrelevant, because ultimately every single rep still has to come out of China and that wouldn't be any different with a US-based dealer. And the TD shipping methods from China are extremely safe, effecient and fast.

BK and WBK are US based, you’ll find them on the TD list. BK is high end, WBK is economy
Do they have actual US stock? Because that's what OP is after: getting a rep fast.
They usually have some stock, you’ve got to check with them for current offerings.
