To all my fellow Brits,
It seems to be a constant sore spot for us in finding a enough solid options of Watchsmith’s who work on reps.
Our options are limited and even the best come with caveats of poor communication and long wait times. I’ve been trying to find someone who is easy to communicate with, technically astute and has good turnaround times.
I decided to try Lucian AKA Solution6 and have to say he was really brilliant.
He is London based, has lightening fast communication, great attention to detail and was informative throughout the whole process.
I sent him my Pam1055 for service and WR test and had it back within a week! I’m used to sending a watch off, hearing nothing for weeks (or months) and then getting a bill without much insight.
Instead, I was receiving regular pics from Lucian and gaining great insight on the health of my watch.
I found this to be a brilliant part of the service offered and the watch came back running perfectly.
Would highly recommend and can definitely say that the U.K. has a great new entry into the Watchsmith community who is incredibly easy to deal with, fairly priced and has great communication.
