Just received my Noob V5 Submariner and AP ROO Silver Themes with SS bracelet. I was amazed at the incredibly short time from placing the order with Ryan @ InTime till they arrived at my door this afternoon. 3 days from the time I approved the QC/Timegraph images! Anyway, here's my latest additions.
I'm not really a Rolex fan, and not sure how much I'll actually end up wearing the Sub just do to my own stigma of Rolex wearers, haha. But it's a fantastic looking watch in person and I'm really impressed with it. The only complaint I have had so far was the screws for the links are impossibly tight. I removed a few links from the bracelet and for the life of me couldn't get the screw to go all the way back in. This was the screw up on the small link that slides back and forth in the clasp. It was still sticking out about half a mm and was preventing the link from snapping back inside the clasp. I eventually said "eff it" and broke out my dremel and carefully grinded down the last little tiny bit sticking out. After this it was snapping back up inside the clasp out of site and the watch fits perfect now.
The AP ROO looks great as well. I love the look of the SS bracelet, but it's not the most comfortable feeling bracelet on my small wrists. Really excited for this watch, as I have been dying for an AP ROO panda for a while. I bought this one to see how I'd like the look/feel of it as I've been considering buying myself a gen 2nd-hand ROO Panda for my upcoming birthday in a few months as a nice treat to myself if I can find one for a good price. We'll see though... haha.
Anyway, here's the watches, pretty happy with them so far!
