I just received word from CN mainland that this is actually in the latest stage of production and will be released in Jan 2016. Fingers crossed.

So true. Why add all that to the dial? "ROTOR SELF WINDING" Really? Why does the owner need to be reminded of that feature every time they look at it?

Maybe, it needs a little mini insert for a scroll to tell the story of Tudor? I feel this will be out soon! I can feel it in my gut.

Any news on this one? Also wonder if it has actually gained thickness to acomodate for the new movement. Looking at their website it looks like the bottom of the midcase has been reworked. I hope it's just me looking at this all wrong, but it was 13,8 mm and I hope it has stayed the same.

Tried on the gen today... I was hooked immediately. Hoping for a V2 of the Black though.

I tried on the Gen a few weeks ago as well. Can't wait to see this rep produced.. my only concern is if the factories will get the dial and bezel color to be correct per gen.

Found the new thickness to be 14,3 mm. Don't want to see the Pelagos any chunkier, but I will try it anyway - if it ever shows up at the TD's.

What? There isn't anyone from "manufacturing" on the boards, no one can confirm this but the dealers. You'll see them when they pop up on their websites.
