Love the black/gilt/small crown. About damn time they added the T-Fit to the bracelet.

Tudor has some great pieces.
These new 37mm are great looking watches and have a bit of "vintage charme" I absolute like.

I'm down for all the revised black bays on rubber "oysterflex" strap (i can't stand the faux rivets). Thinner and curved lugs down should make them wear lovely (assuming ZF makes a solid attempt)!

Oh man, I may have to finally get me a Tudor rep. I've been debating on a Rolex 6538 "Dr. No" build, but this BB54 may scratch that itch. Get a larger BB58 crown to swap the small one, and it would be a modern 6538

The overall shape looks better than the 58 which feels too rounded.

I really hope that whichever factory or factories, do this one right. Or at least the case proportions, specially the thickness. This could be an incredible mod platform:

*. Merc hands with white lollipop hand
*. Faded insert.
*. A nice SWISS ETA 2824
*. A nice gilt home made or viet (MQ maybe) gilt dial
*. HR 8mm big crown
*. Drill lug holes !

Really love the look of this one as well. Had a few of the BB58 reps (could black and a blue one) but always ended up selling them on. Very keen on picking one of these up when the rep is released as the size is appealing. Same with the Pelagos 39.

I tried on the bb58 the other month and it really took me by surprise how much i liked it but I think that the smaller size of the bb54 will make it a winner for me.

How long normally after a watch is released do you start to see reps being out for sale?

You will wait for the release of the BB54, to get a BB58?

Will be interesting to see if any factory will come up with a good replica of the 54. Probably too niche, although the reception of the watch is very positive.
