Has any PAM rep factory been able to reproduce, clone or duplicate the quick release button/pins like the strap of the gens? From what I've been able to find from all of the forums is that they have a faux button and one must use a screwdriver to remove the pin for the straps.

This factory (TTF) is the only one who did it.
Any high-end rep factory makes the quick change strap system functional (including VSF, which made the PAM1314 and PAM1312) . The question is different: the products of none of these factories are available for purchase (well, mine is on an ongoing basis and in a full range, like VSF).
