Fantastic post!


It is surprising to me how many TDs say to watch out for fake sites with names similar to theirs, but do not bother keeping their address up to date in their TD forum page. I would propose that if someone wanted to remain trusted dealer here that they need to keep their current address at the top of a sticky on their page. Some TDs are pretty good at doing this, but others are not. It is nearly impossible for some of us to distinguish between some fake sites and the “real” one, and when the intended site’s address is buried in the middle of a 3 year old post somewhere, it is asking for disaster.

You make valid points. Keeping your website address up to date in a sticky thread is not hard at all. What's the point of having a new website when nobody knows about it?
