After 3 months, don't think so. I think best will be to find some watchmaker and service it.After three months watch stopped working. Anyone has any experience with complaint? Is it even possible?
That's good, but question is where you will need to send it, if somewhere to China, then it can be dangerous in case of seizure or non reliable, I don't think they replace it, they repair it, and that can be months of waiting what I saw in some cases.DC wrote that there was 1 year warranty for all products in terms and conditions https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/terms-and-conditions.6922804/ but that would be great to read that someone made complaint before and if they fixed the watch or replaced
Sounds like you were having trust issues from the word "jump". You're flaming the dealer on the forum before you've even spoken with them, not too cool. After 3 months, don't think so. I think best will be to find some watchmaker and service it.
Just relax. They have come through for you every single step of the way but now you throw some shade that you are worried about their service. So they delivered you the watch, they were not a scammer, they had a good warranty policy and offered to take it back after 3 months of you wearing it, and now you are "worried"? To me it sounds very ludicrous.I decided to send it back after contact with seller and local watchsmith.
Parcel sent Feb 21, arrived to China March 12 and until now I got several messages that they need more time to fix it.
So they have the watch almost a month. I'm still waiting for the update. I hope everything will be fine, however it's almost time to start to be worried.![]()
