I hope so, it's their 'mistake'. They chose direct shipping instead of triangle shipping what I paid for. They know that Dutch customs is very strict with these sort of things.

Oh shit man good luck! In which country do you live? The reps got confiscated in NL right?

Please keep us up to date, and the TD should really leave a statement because this is no "triangular" shipping.

Many China shops use postnl because it's fast and you can often avoid customs / taxes but not always...

In The Netherlands indeed, I bought my watch from @puretime. Never got a explanation about the direct shipping tho.

I send a translation of the PostNL customs letter that I received to their head of shipping 4 days ago, haven't had a response yet tho.

Oh man that is bad news @Breitluc ..!!! Never would have thought PT would make a mistake like this.
It has been a while since I bought a new rep watch but last time they did it right.
I hope you don't get in trouble!!

I bought from watchoutlet with same experience by use of postnl. Luckily my watch came to Denmark without customs.
They said it was instead of triangle shipping because they don't do that to UK anymore. I really hope they fix that soon. Postnl doesn't seem to be a same solution

I am quite scared atm because I ordered a watch from sead to my companys address and he does not respond to my mails.

In the beginning of the purchase I asked if he still uses YunExpress which was quite safe and nice because your own adress was not on the parcel.

He reponded:
"thank you
will be different tracking but also very good"

I now asked him if he uses PostNL.

When a TD uses PostNL, is your personal address on the parcel? Does anyone know this? If I knew this I would have triangled the watch myself via UK...

my experience (different td):

even if it is not via uk, there is a different adress on the parcel. the parcel gets relabeled with your adress when its "safe".
