Toro is a real trusted dealer: I have purchased three top reps ftom him and now i am waiting for the availability of certain model for placing a new order.
I ordered my first rep from Toro, using my cc. Now it is on its way. The whole process was fast.
Everything went good with the order, but I did notice the lack of a good interaction with the buyer.
As an example, immediately after ordering, I asked by email and PM if I could add a box to the order so to not have to pay for shipping again.
No response for days, so I just gave up ordering the box.
All in all, if I did not have this forum to testify for Toro, I would have been scared to order from the his website due to the lack of interaction.
In my business, we act much differently and we pumper on email the potential customers, before and after the purchase. Without it, we would sell nothing.
But this is just a constructive critic. I would definitely buy again from Toro... assuming that I will get the watch in good working order
