i always drink any type of strait alcohol without ice, if i like it cold, i put in the freezer. like you said, when the ice melts it kills the flavor. at least for me, but outside the us it seems like you cannot get a cold drink. every time i'm in another country and i ask for anything cold they haven't a clue what that is. they will bring you something just cool and thats all. it's awfull when you are in the jungles of south america and all you can get is a luke warm bottle of pilsen.Pugwash said:Now you can be nothing but American. In fact, the US market destroyed traditional whisky. The Scots had to change the manufacturing just so it didn't cloud up with ice that the US market demanded in their scotch.
