Timewalker 7750 without Recessed date?

How did the fix the recessed date if it is still a A7750? If it was a 7753 it would use the plunger at 10.

It's because it's a different layout of the subdials (rather than 9,6,3, it's 12,9,6) which allows the date to not be recessed. MB also uses a 7750 in this particular timewalker (hence the movement '501' whereas '502' is their 7753).
