You know, I can accept that they aren't going to open every caseback and verify that movements are up to snuff. I don't begrudge them the few dollars that they earn per piece. But what we have is a situation where we are being offered by the dealers (and also being charged by the dealers) a premium item that is, I think we will all agree, a fairy tale. Warn as many buyers as possible, certainly. But also tell the dealers to stop offering something that isn't going to be delivered. It's dishonest.
If they profit from the upsale, then they need to up the service commensurately. That's all I'm saying.
