at the bare minimum this "trusted dealer" should have just given me my money back.

60 days with no QC pictures.... No Refund, No Offer for another watch, no nothing.

If I have to go to the "help desk" after 60 days, what does this tell you about this "trusted dealer"???

Where is the "help desk"? How many "help desk" tickets before a Trusted Dealer is not trusted anymore?

Im going to send an email to this "trusted dealer" and post their reply, how else can you ever find out if they are trusted?



because thousands of 1 post user threads who always seem to buy from them and have great reviews? Do they have any record history of giving REFUNDS??? Any threads anywhere with a user claiming they got a refund from them?



Im really not in the mood to hear that my watch is getting made by the "maker" for another 60 days, lets see what kind of excuse they tell me this time

what was the watch you ordered? Was it a specfic niche watch or a popular high volume model?

I've seen similar people going about their rants and throwing accusations left and right, then opened a ticket and become very silent, because their problem was solved.
That tells me, you just used this forum for your fits and didn't bother for one minute to find out what could reasonably be done.

Hi @erockz , I have been a long time customer of CT - Since 2015/6 . They have come through for me every time. I have used many (if not most) of the TDs on here, but by far most of my purchases were from CT.

Delays are to be expected in this hobby.

I know you are excited, but if you are in a real rush - I would suggest asking CT what they have in stock currently and offer that up for you to purchase instead.

Refunds are theoretically possible for a watch that has not been shipped - but have you considered the fact that they already went to pick out a watch (or two) for you - Which means that they have already done "work" for you?

Why should they refund you in this circumstance? How much do they charge you for the x number of hours they took to go pick up that watch for you, or maybe they paid a courier, how much do they charge you for that?

Too many variables and maybe then you can understand why refunds are not allowed.

Now if you have built up a working relationship with a TD and have had many orders under your belt - Maybe the TD will allow a refund for delays (I have had refunds before). But for a first timer order like yourself - They will most certainly be out of pocket if they refund you!

well to update this thread , I got a refund from changztime, he said they watch kept loosing time or something, but I bought one someone where and it loses time too

what ever, if I take it off and put it down for 3 days I will "lose time" anyway, like it for more fashion then telling time/

so yes, I guess they are a trusted dealer
