They can only be called a TRUSTED DEALER if they give you a REFUND...so, how do I get a REFUND?

I hear the term "trusted dealer" thrown around alot, and to me, trusted means being offered a refund when you ask for it, its just the way things work, so if a "trusted dealer" cant offer a refund, can they really be called "trusted"?

I ordered a watch on May 4, was told QC pictures in 10-15 business days...

on may 26 I asked for a REFUND

on June 2 I didnt hear back, and said I want another watch on june 3 they said my watch came in and QC pictures would be sent.

now its june 8 since I was told QC pictures and no response.

So lets see how trusted they are, because I rather just take my business elsewhere at this point. Dose this "trusted dealer" give refunds or just takes the money and runs?

The way things work is defined by terms and conditions of the trusted dealer and not defined by your opinion.

I guess it’s chazingtime, as you already complained in other threads. If yes, then here is how things work (or not):

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We don’t accept return and offer refund for personal issues e.g. if the watch is too big/small; you decided you don't like the watch; it's not for you; you need the money; etc. It's the customers' responsibility to do research on a potential watch before purchasing.
If a refund case can’t be avoided, you will need to ship the watch back to us. We will issue the refund to you only AFTER we received the watch. The watch must be in brand new condition with all the plastic wrappings and accessories, if any, intact.
The amount refunded will minus 20% restocking fees and the original shipping cost.

@j-unit139. . . this is the first time I'm saying this, after 6 years on this board, but based on your previous posts you are clearly a troubled individual who has totally unrealistic expectations about how ordering a counterfeit product from a continent on the other side of the planet works. This is not like Amazon, more like a drug deal, where you ordered a load of crack cocaine from your middle man in Havanna. You can't just change your mind and ask for money back because the speed boat to Miami was intercepted and things take longer than you've hoped for. This hobby is clearly not for you, unless you totally adjust your mind set to how this works.

You. Need. To. Chill.
Set your calendar to August 8, 2023. If you by then have not received your watch, report back.
Im documenting my experiences so someone else doesnt make the same mistake.

Do you think opening one thread after another will help you ? This just sucks.
You should look for another sandbox to play.
this is the one and only thread I have created about my order. You must have me confused with the other 2 people who feel they have been scammed.

this is their latest reply. No reason why my watch was rejected, no pictures to prove they even have the watch, or even ordered it......no time frame of when I will get QC.

So now what, wait 2 months for a refund? Or wait 2 months to say they cant get it, please choose another watch? and then what wait another 6 months for that to come in?

what happens in a situation like this?

You're making the assumption that people on the forum are as clueless as you. Wrong !

What you are documenting is your inability to understand the process. You are lost. Your life now revolves around a fake AP Millenary that you understand very little about. While we are at it, I am 99.9999% sure that you have no business wearing it since you can't pull it off. I don't think a crystal ball is needed by everyone to see it.

Exactly.

The OP is buying illegal products on the black market. Seizures, delays, factory busts etc are all realistic possibilities.

OP need to adjust his thinking to that.
while these are all "realistic possibilities" it offers the TD no relief from whats going on, considering told me they "have" my watch, so "Seizures, delays, factory busts etc" doesnt apply here....

but now that you mention it, I can see this happening with this TD, and me having to wait another 6 months to get QC pics after some new story that its been seized or what ever.

ok, so now I guess they have another 2 months before I can come back and say something.
