i shared already all of this on reddit on the RepTime Group
and found out many people have issues with this TD
and also they have asked me to share the details here as if so many people have issues with him maybe he isnt such Trusted Dealer

- these TD are charging twice as much for watches they sell and you expect them to give you really premium servive and take responsibilities in return, especialy in such profit mergins of nearly 100% of the watches.

- i ordered from steve in TheOneWatch
a few watches.

- i waited 2 months for QC its fine it happnes they are in demand (even though others got in 1-2 weeks qc already)

- i got in return 2 tracking numbers that cannot be tracked.

-i waited a few weeks still cannot be tracked

- i messaged steve whats going on he said its not in hies hands its the shipping company he dont know when it will ship
and reason i cannot track it is becaouse it didnt board an airplane yet
he doesnt know if 1-2-3-5 or more months it will ship and its not hies fault just to wait.

- as i said
you pay double the watch price for a TrustedDealer to get a service of something goes wrong.
everyone can be loved when all is perfact its when things go bad when real problems happen.

-now im stuck without a LOT of money i sent him
with him not knowing not caring and cannot give me any indication to when even i could see the tracking number he gave me in system

- obviosly steve didnt wanted to give me a refund and say its not hies fault its the shipping compamy

and i dont know
should i open paypal dispute ?
should i not ?
what do you think ?

Bro, you know this is illegal business right? This is not Amazon, expectations need to be adjusted accordingly.
You are not paying double the price for "great" service, you are paying double the price because this is not a "normal" trade.

But hope it works out for you! I have only had good experiences with Steve myself.

Firstly, do NOT open a PayPal dispute. Steve has fulfilled his job by selecting and shipping you your watches.

Have you attempted to contact the shipping company directly to inquire about the details of your orders? I can understand that you are excited to receive your order but some patience is needed with regards to international shipping. Often the tracking info is not regularly updated. Steve cannot begin to answer your shipping questions because he does not work for the shipping companies.

I am not a customer of Steve however, I have been patiently waiting nearly five months for QC from another TD. It happens. I would recommend contacting the shipping companies and engaging with them since they will be able to answer your questions.

From what you write it looks like you're not very well acquainted with how this all works, some reading before you put your order may have put your expectations in the right place.
Your timeline is very unclear, except for "I waited 2 months for QC" you don't elaborate a whole lot, so it's impossible to make a judgement on that. Nor is it right to generalize saying that "others get theirs in 1-2 weeks". If you're lucky you can get QC the next day, if less lucky in 6 months. Happens, most members here are aware and can live with it. You're obviously free to take your money to a non-TD who doesn't charge "twice as much".

A side note FYI, should you entertain the idea of having a dispute with the TD RWI will not support you since you were not a member at the time of your purchase.

Twice the price compared to what exactly?

Everything you’re describing (apart from the bizarre assertion above, which makes no sense whatsoever) is just the standard TD experience. It sounds like you’re choosing the wrong way to buy your watches. Try Aliexpress or Amazon instead.

I am also perplexed as to why Reddit encourages its users to join RWI to air their grievances. I'm not bashing the OP but legitimately curious due to an influx of similar posts. Does Reddit also advocate for chargebacks? This would be detrimental to our hobby if so.

It's always nice to have someone join RWI 50 minutes ago, their first post is to complain about a TD here and thank you Reddit .

You didn't have to use Steve to purchase your watches as there are many different dealers out there to buy from. If you don't like the prices the TD's charge then why buy from them and then have the need to rant about it now on three different forums. You knew the price before sending any money to Steve.

Tracking numbers usually don't work until they hit the hands of the postal service in your country and even then sometimes the package will show up at your door with tracking not showing movement. Steve had the watches packed, shipped with tracking and after that it's out of his hands. If the package shows it was seized then it will be something you and him will have to deal with but until that time you will have to be patient with the shipping service. And why would Steve give you a refund?.

I hope it all works out with Steve. It is a pity you were not a member before you bought the watch as we would have helped. However there is nothing in this that warrants alarm bells with the TD. Unfortunately in this game you need a lot of patience. I have bought probably over 400 watches since joining here from TDs and M2M. Most transactions go smoothly but I have had my fair share of headaches.
