I will reflect this to the noob maker and have them be prepared for spare parts even if they cannot improve it in the near future.

For those who would like mod their noob diver by themselves, I also noticed another flaw while waterproofing mine.

The crystal is not fully pressed, and if you press it too hard, it will come in contact with the inner ring, making it impossible to move.

The v1 with round date cyclops and misspelled caseback didn't have a screw down inner bezel crown but it was changed to screw down for the v2/v3 or whatever they're called :p

This is how you break the inner bezel crown stem :)

i just received my watch and cant seem to move the bezel at all even after i unscrewed it, seems to be locked in place and the watch also has the gap issue on the CB where it does not sit flushed but with a gap in between the case n caseback thou it can be self-diy based on what i've read on other boards.

so much for dealer's QC...

Maybe the crystal sits on the inner ring.

Hi Wiz, thanks for the info, i believe it would most likely be the issue after reading your earlier post, so the only way to fix it is to remove everything out of the watch and fully press in the crystal?

I think, you need to press it out.

Hi Guru, thanks for the heads up, meaning pressing the crystal outwards from the inside of the watch? and which also means i will need to pull something off like wad vpx did to his AP diver which im not confident enough. so i guess i might need to send this to a modder soon to have it remedied, i think the dealers should be informed of all this nitty gritty issues so as not to see a repeat of such issues like crystal not seated properly or CB gapping issue.

*btw anyone has the CB gapping issue so far?

In your case, I would send the watch back to the dealer, you never know what could happen when you open the watch.
