I had the same problem, I've now ordered 5 straps over 2 separate orders in the last 6 weeks! My Marcello Tan Exclusive that is on my 372 has started to age well in only a couple of weeks of wear, ended up ordering a second one along with the El Mirador, this golden ale tan classic and an Alaskan brown rugged in 24mm for my 000. All the ones I have ordered have been soft tempered so conform to the wrist quickly.
