I just ordered mine. Noob v3 with CF bezel and I'm also having TD service/waterproof and install the bezel. Don't think I'm gonna change the dial or bracelet till i see the watch in person then ill decide.
This will be my first time using a TD for service but he sent me the before service pics and I'm waiting for the after service pics. He said he sends it out to a certified watchsmith. Don't know if they send disassembled pics or not but i want to trust Andrew (trusty time) since I've bought several watches from Him before. But this is the first service job.
It's on his website. He charges 50 for waterproofing and 120.00 for full service and waterproofing. He said they take the watch apart, clean off any debris and use high grade oils to lub. he said that he uses a certified watchsmith to do the work. We shall see when i get it.
It would be interesting to see what actual work has been done. If they really do a full service, that’s a great price
I agree, but Andrew has been pretty straight forward with us, so i doubt its a scam service. Fingers crossed.

I’d be wary. Even though our TDs are trusted, they also run a business. In China. And the level of “service” you’ll get from a Chinese watchsmith might fall somewhat below the standard you’d get from one of the trusted watchsmiths used by members of the rep fora. It could be an excellent service, who knows? However, given typical Chinese labour costs, at the quoted price it also sounds like a real moneyspinner for a TD!It would be interesting to see what actual work has been done. It would be interesting for someone to get the service done, and then checked out by their own trusted watchsmith as soon as the watch arrives. And if anyone has already had this done, it would be good to hear more.
Is the VRF 116520 Version 1 904L?
