Hi two-tone gang,

I uncovered this late 80's TT Seiko while purging my attic over the weekend. I thought it was long lost, so unearthing it was quite the pleasant surprise... It still looks good, but unfortunately requires a movement transplant - the old is dead as a doornail. Given the history I've had with this watch, I'd like to get it running again. I haven't started the movement search yet, but if anyone knows where I might source a Seiko cal. 6429A (or equivalent), I'd sure appreciate the leads!

Thanks for the kind words... they are very much appreciated! Although I have to say that any pleasing photos appearing next to my name are solely due to the skill of the camera phone, not the photographer! [emoji39]

You guys inspired me to wear what may be my only other two tone piece this morning. It's a titanium & gold Citizen Promaster quartz that I picked up in the mid 90's. It's been a rock solid watch for more than two decades, easily transitioning from suits to scuba gear and most everything between. Between the ultra-light titanium, low profile case and well-designed bracelet, this is still one of the most comfortable watches I own. During that attic cleaning session, I also uncovered its original "box", which is a cool, foot-tall bright yellow scuba tank...

Every man deserves a nice watch and beautiful pussy every now and then, right? [emoji1][emoji12]

A little watch and a little pussy goes a long way for sure :)

Yes, I'm hardly trying to get it of my wrist but it is glued to it. [emoji23]

The Lume is not great so I do change it before dark usually. I try to never ask myself why I have too many watches doing too many different things lol.
