It appears that several of us on here shoot competitively and it's about time to show the racey version of our guns. :anopsis: In rep speek, these are heavily "modded" to allow faster shooting while retaining or improving accuracy.
I sometimes carry a Glock, so I thought competing with a Glock made sense for me (plus they are easy to "mod" without special tools). This particular Glock 22 started out as a local police trade-in that I picked up for not much money. I then subsequently went nuts and created a USPSA Limited gun out of it.
It has:
Vanek trigger (sub 3# pull)
Tungsten Guide Rod
Dawson adjustable/fiber optic sights
Dawson Ice Magwell
Magazine extensions to hold a total of 20 .40S&W rounds
Extended mag release
Lighter springs to speed everything up
TruGrip sandpaper tape on grip
