I have 3 gen 116613 dial
all of them have differences.
one is the new sunburst dial, the other two are flat blue with a difference on the gold lettering font, one of them has more matte look and the other one have more metallic look.

I love to see that rolex change little things on the same watch over the years.

OP, if you're planning to go the franken route, get the ZZF v2 116610 and then the dial + insert + whatever else you need.
