The second and third picture are a different watch (@m1994 ), the hour markers are correct black while on yours they are silver, what is not correct for the black dial. The silver hour markers can only be found on white PN dials. Am I missing something?

Yep, you are totally correct, all PN with black dial must have a white outer ring and black hour markers, the white dial for the other side should have black outer ring and silver polish markers...

Actually the second and third pictures are mine :)
