Is this watch still available on PT and is the quality still excellent? I can't find it when I searched for it on PT. Really need one.

Some have websites with pics others are just one man operations that you just e-mail them and they can let you know. Some have more services than others like they include insurance against seizure from customs or they don't. More service = higher price. Spend some time reading and enjoy....
For what it is worth no one has the V4 LMPO in their hands yet except the dealers. That watch was out of production for some time now and was just re-released. Some of us have gotten QC pics and will start receiving the watch over the next week or two. This one is generally thought to be a very good rep. Each version (usually, but not always) gets better. They generally try to fix things that they missed before, but sometimes they go backwards too. No one knows for sure until we get it in our hands
