FINALLY got my hands on a PAM Chrono. 286 on a Tegu Lizard strap of my own creation.

And on a cheap blue suede strap from Ali that looks surprisingly good on it.



My sincere thanks to @TheWatchGuy2, it's exactly as you described.

I'm going to wind up aligning the rattrapante hand with the main chrono hand, still can't fathom why they chose to align them 90 degrees apart. Either way, I'm ecstatic, a 286 is one of my 2 grail watches.

Beautiful! I assume you don't have the tool to get to the date quick set? That was the most annoying part when I used to own one. I do miss it beyond that annoyance....kinda regret selling it at times. @Pastalini13 got me at a weak point where my hoarder instincts lapsed momentarily..
