I found a person in Vietnam that makes custom PAM leather straps with logos. My order should be in this month. If it's as nice as he claims, and it looks, I'd be happy to share his info. The straps aren't made until you order. I have a rubber one similar to this as well, and it's really comfortable. Gorgeous piece here.
